Welcome to LexiPrep (ielts.lexiprep.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and resources (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using LexiPrep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

LexiPrep (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an online platform providing free IELTS practice tests and preparation resources. Our mission is to help learners prepare for IELTS through high-quality practice, tools, and study support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LexiPrep.

If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use LexiPrep for any unlawful purpose.
Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our Services.
Misuse our tests, tools, or resources for cheating or dishonest purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property & External Resources

Our Content

All original materials on LexiPrep, including website design, platform features, branding, and custom educational content, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Third-Party Resources

LexiPrep may include IELTS practice materials and other educational content sourced from external providers, partners, or publicly available resources. These materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. We use such resources under license, permission, or fair educational use.

No Affiliation

LexiPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge English, IDP, the British Council, IELTS, or any official test body. All trademarks and exam content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. User Content

If you submit content (such as answers, comments, or feedback) to LexiPrep, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve our Services with it. You remain the owner of your content.

We are not responsible for user-submitted content but may remove it if it violates these Terms.

7. Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that material on LexiPrep infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected]
with the subject line “Copyright Infringement”, including:

A description of the copyrighted work.
The specific URL or location of the alleged infringement.
Your contact information.
A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing material. Misrepresentation may result in liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that practice tests, scores, or feedback will ensure success in the official IELTS exam.
We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

LexiPrep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

10. Payments & Refunds

Currently, LexiPrep provides free IELTS practice resources. If paid services are introduced:

Fees will be clearly displayed.
Refund Policy:
- Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of payment, applicable to both Vietnam and international users. (The reason for this timeframe is that upon payment, users gain full access to our paid test library. To prevent abuse (e.g., paying, downloading, then refunding), refunds are only guaranteed within this window.).
- Any requests beyond 24 hours are subject to LexiPrep’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
- If a technical error occurs after the refund period, users are expected to notify LexiPrep via email or live chat so we can restore normal service promptly.
Payments will be handled by secure third-party processors.

11. Paid Plans & Account Usage

All paid plans on LexiPrep may include device login limits and other restrictions, which are clearly outlined on our pricing page.
If a user deliberately attempts to bypass these limits or shares their account in groups for joint use, LexiPrep reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and revoke access without prior notice.
If you believe an account suspension or restriction was a mistake, you should contact LexiPrep via email or live chat for review.

12. Data Storage

For free users, LexiPrep does not guarantee storage of learning data (e.g., scores, submissions) and may delete it at any time.
For paid users, LexiPrep will retain learning data for 2 years from the date of the last login.

13. Reselling Accounts

LexiPrep is only responsible for the original purchaser who buys directly from our official platform.
If you purchase a resold account from a third party, you are solely responsible for any risks or issues that may arise. In cases of suspected fraud, LexiPrep’s responsibility is limited to providing basic information support (if available) and we will not directly resolve such disputes.
LexiPrep strongly encourages users to upgrade directly through the official website to ensure full support and protection of your account.

14. Modifications to Services

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical outages, or government restrictions.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of LexiPrep after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
